SCOTTIE G. CUEBAS, age 35 of Portage; formerly of Lake Station, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018.He is survived by son, Caleb; daughter, Alexia; mother, Rosemary Cuebas; brother, Raul (Tara) Holguin; nephew, Colin; niece, Kailynn Holguin; grandmother, Delores (late Felix) Aguilera; sister, Kellie Cuebas Warren; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends. Preceded in death by father, Gilbert.Scottie had a real passion and dedication for tow-truck driving, having done so through many towing companies in the Porter and Lake County areas. He was a graduate of Lake Station High School. Scottie was a "Man of God" with a strong belief in God and Family. He had a strong passion for music, but most of all, for his two children whom he loved greatly.Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 2700 Willowcreek Rd., Portage, on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Shanahan officiating.
