Jessie was born in Keizer, Oregon to Jon and Judy Doyle.
She is survived by her two daughters, Peyton Kinney and Paige Cavett. Her brothers, Michael Kondash, Mark Kondash and sister Jennie Cochran.
She has many nieces and nephews she loved very much.
Jessie was murdered in her home in front of her two little girls by her ex husband.
